The loadings were done in different orientation such as downward, sideward, aftward, upward, rearward using a hydraulic jack so that the protype is able to undergo the stresses in every scenario during the operation. With the help of advanced softwares provided by TML-Japan, complex calculations of Von Mises stress were done and all the stress values were well within the stipulated limit qualifying the seats for mass production to be supplied for aircraft manufacturers.<\/p><p>The system and sensors used by our team are calibrated as per NABL \/ NIST standards which represents the accuracy and reliability of our measurements irrespective of any industries which we work with.
