Equipped with Advanced DAQ systems comprising of; 100-ch. Dynamic Data Logging System, DS-50A and 32 Multichannel Recorder/DAQ System with requisite Strain Gauges, Sensors, gauge bonding, Adhesive and accessories.
Using above DAQ systems, we can connect different types of Strain Gauges and Strain gauge-based Transducers such as; Load cells & Displacement Transducers [Load testing], Pressure Sensors [Proof Pressure Testing], Acceleration Transducer [Vibration], and Voltage, etc.
Advanced dynamic software enable real-time measurement of Strain, Maximum & Minimum principal Stress, Shearing Stress and Von Mises stress.
Results obtained are utilized for comparing the data obtained thru’ FEA analysis and determine the quality and health of the Component during actual operation.

NABL calibration of Strain gauge-based Sensors; Load cells, Pressure & Displacement Transducers, LVDTs and DAQ Systems having inputs for strain, DC voltage, Thermocouple and Pt100 etc.The calibration certificate will accompany measurement uncertainty as per NABL-141 standards.
Lab follows National / Intl. standards for calibration of instruments and ISO17025:2017 for calibration requirements. We undertake Repair & Maintenance of DAQ systems to help in re-usability over extended time.
