Flush Diaphragm Type Pressure Transducers

A flush-diaphragm pressure transducer is a sensor with a smooth, flat sensing surface that sits level with the pipe or tank wall, ideal for measuring pressure of viscous liquids, pasty media, or in hygienic applications (food, medical) because its seamless design prevents clogging, buildup, and contamination, unlike traditional sensors with recessed ports. This design allows for easy cleaning and accurate readings where standard sensors would fail due to blockages

The sensing diaphragm is completely flat and aligned with the mounting surface, creating an uninterrupted flow path for the process medium and eliminates recesses where thick fluids, solids, or residues can accumulate, ensuring consistent readings.

The smooth, obstruction-free surface allows for thorough cleaning, making it perfect for sanitary environments (food, pharma). TML sensors are excellent for viscous, sticky, or solid-laden fluids, as well as general liquid/gas pressure measurement. The pressure deflects the diaphragm, which then transmits the force (often via oil or a similar fluid) to an internal sensing element, like a strain gauge, to generate an electrical signal.

PWF-PB Flush diaphragm type Pressure Transducer 1 to 50MPa

This is a flush diaphragm-type pressure transducer. The sensing surface is the head of the installation screw, so is perfect for dynamic measurement of pressure changes.
It is used in a wide range of applications, such as measurement of pressure fluctuation in pipelines and measurement of cylinder pressure.
