KDA-PA/KDB-PA Soil Pressure Gauge 200kPa to 2MPa
- These are 200-mm outer diameter soil pressure gauges widely used at construction sites.
- They are designed with a dual-diaphragm structure that can minimize the displacement of the sensing surface when pressure is applied, and thereby keep the stress distribution in the soil undisturbed. KDA-PA and KDB-PA models are available with differing cable exit directions, with KDA-PA used to measure pressure in soil and monitor the behavior of embankments, and KDB-PA used to measure pressure in earth-retaining walls and soil pressure on walls of structures.
