Weldable strain gauges from Proact IMS are engineered for environments where traditional adhesive bonding is either unreliable or impractical. These gauges can be spot-welded directly to metallic surfaces, making them ideal for outdoor, corrosive, and high-vibration applications such as bridges, pipelines, mining equipment, and heavy machinery.
Built with rugged stainless-steel carriers, hermetically sealed elements, and strain-relieved cabling, these sensors are designed for long-term monitoring, even under extreme mechanical and environmental stress.
